Many Singaporeans nowadays buy houses carefully, considering areas like: The wind directions, where is the location. If you are buying a house, then I do have a good recommendation for you, which is Potong Pasir. Potong Pasir is a neighborhood that is located somewhere in the middle of Singapore. So it is easier for us to go anywhere around Singapore. It is a very save environment there and there is also a neighborhood police post within that area. In Potong Pasir, there are HDB flats with unique structure, maisonette house and many different condominiums to choose from. Living in Potong Pasir will definitely be very convenient for you to take transport as it only takes a few minutes walk to the nearest bus and MRT station depending on which side you are staying. There are Hindi temple and mosque around for us to go and pray if you are from any of these religious. Sorry that there is no church but only if you can go to the St.Andrew’s church. If you were to have any children, education will surely not be a problem as there are kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, and a junior college. And if you have any elderly among your family members, they can always head down to the community centre to have some reading of newspaper and magazine. Residence too could join in activities held by the community centre such as taiji, archery classes, judo, silat, karate or just have a talk with other friends there. If you have a tiring day of work, you and your loved ones could spend the evening strolling along the river, while your children are happily enjoying themselves at the playgrounds. When you all started feeling hungry, you can have different choices of food for dinner at the nearby coffee shops, or basically eat at famous fast-food restaurants like McDonald’s and KFC. There are three 7-elevens that you could go and buy some snacks. You could also buy essential needs at the ABC shop where all the things there are really cheap.
